6. The Player is solely responsible for keeping your account number and password secure and secret.

The Player shall not allow any other person or third party including, without limitation, any minor, to use or reuse your account, access and/or use any materials or information from the Web site, accept any Prize, or participate in the Games and guarantees that they will take all necessary steps to avoid such access. The Player is solely responsible for any purchases and/or losses that may occur on your account.
8. The player realizes that the online poker room can not take any responsibility for any information of the player that is collected outside the scope of this agreement by any intermediary or other third party whether or not any data relating to the player is conveyed through such party's network or computers.
9. The Player does not find our website, software, promotional or other material to be in any way offensive, indecent, objectionable or obscene.
10. No offensive Aliases are permitted. If you select an Alias that is considered offensive, your Alias is rejected, and you must select another Alias.
11. Players cannot change their Alias and will use only one Alias on the Prima Poker network.
12. The Player accepts and understands that no purchase or betting is required in order to obtain and operate the software.
13. The Player indemnifies this online poker room, its employees, officers, directors and any and all associated or affiliated persons or organizations against any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages arising from any transaction of the Player at the online poker room. Such transactions shall include but not necessarily be limited to the Player's:
• Participation at this online poker room
• Acceptance of any prize from this online poker room
• Use or re-use of the poker room software, whether downloaded from the website or obtained by any other means
  
  
14. The Player further and specifically indemnifies this online poker room, its employees, officers, directors and any and all associated or affiliated persons or organizations against any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages arising from any legal or other action taken either by or against the Player arising from any and all interaction with our online poker room and/or any of its employees, officers, directors and any and all associated or affiliated persons or organizations. Such action shall include (but not necessarily be limited to) any actions that might arise as a result of the criminalization of online/Internet wagering within the Player's jurisdiction.
15. The Player obtains no rights to this online poker room's trade name, specific terms (i.e. the payoff line) or any other terms or materials contained in the website or the software.
16. In the event of the Player applying for a real money account at our online poker room, the Player in so doing authorizes us and / or our designated agent(s) to investigate his / her creditworthiness in connection with the aforementioned application and / or any subsequent purchases that the player might make at the online poker room.
17. We will pay winnings on only ONE account per customer. Any other winnings in duplicate accounts for the same customer will be VOID.
18. Any Amount Less Than $50 Will Not Be Cashed out, And will be credited back to your Poker Account.
19. Players will need to complete 100 raked hands before being able to withdraw from their poker account.  If you do not log onto your Poker account for a period of 180 days, any balance in your account will be transferred to a suspense account at Texas Shootout.
20. If the name on your online poker room account does NOT match the name on the credit card(s) used to make deposits to the account, any winnings in that account will be VOID. This policy is intended to prevent credit card fraud by criminals who use false names or create multiple accounts in an attempt to avoid detection.
21. The Player accepts that prior to releasing any winnings, the Texas Shootout reserves the right to conduct a security review and perform account identifications processes and to require you to provide such identification or other information or documentation as the Poker Room deems necessary. If you fail to comply with any security request, the Poker Room reserves the right to void any winnings in your account.
22. The Texas Shootout reserves the right to refuse access to the Poker Room to any person.
23. In the event of the Player applying for a real money account at the Poker Room, the Player in so doing authorizes us and / or our designated agent(s) to investigate his / her creditworthiness in connection with the aforementioned application and / or any subsequent purchases that the player might make at the Poker Room.
24. Any criminal or suspicious activities will be reported.
25. Please note that before you can claim a bonus, you need to register a credit card. This is for our security and that of our customers.
26. Should you consider it necessary to close your account, you may do so at any time you feel appropriate by requesting it from the online casino.  Players may only close their accounts when all unresolved issues are concluded.  If such an event coincides with a cash-in, normal terms and conditions will apply.
